LOVE this little book. It’s packed with simple goodies and written in a clear and concise way. I loved it so much I plan to buy it so I can keep referencing it. I like how short each of the chapters are, and I love that the author doesn’t ramble and keep saying the same things. It was easy to read and full of some good “ah-ha” moments. I def recommend this to anyone interested in visualization, meditation, positive thinking, metaphysics, and spirituality. If you liked “the Secret” you’ll like this book too.
