This is the first cook book I ever read cover to cover and while camping! Totally inspired me to menu plan and grocery shop more efficiently. This allows for a much greater repertoire of meals to create and eat. I know that after following these plans for a few years my children are not nearly as picky and even better they rarely complain. They eat what they can of any meal I prepare. It is work to set up menus and grocery lists but once it is done the freedom is fantastic!

I love Sandi's recipes, and especially love her menu planning method.

Healthful recipes with nutritional information are provided. Many recipes are cooked throughout the day when you are at work, providing a healthy alternative for busy families.
