Unfu*k Yourself

Get Out of Your Head and Into Your Life

Pure and utter garbage. Not a single original thought. This book seemingly borrows concepts from an array of other pop-psychology books from the past 2-3 decades with zero research or sources cited. Probably the only reason he hasn't been sued for plagiarism is because the content is so disjointed no one could stake an exact claim. The concepts hold a modicum of truth but are so rushed that they would almost be better off not being mentioned at all. He is all over the map. The only thing he's done is taken what has already been widely written about, that if you spent 30 seconds of introspection would already know, and slapped Fu*k into the title to be edgy. Because of the large type, wasted pages with a quote and single page chapter numbers, this book eclipses 200 pages but could more easily fit into a pamphlet. The only thing about wasting your time, is even if you read the whole thing, you won't have spent much of it.
